It's an attack technique just like Shishi Sonson. Not a ''mode''.
.
Said it like 2 years ago.

Ashura isn't a mode.
Said it too.

If you still think ''Asura is a mode'', then present your arguments in here that why its. :cheers:

Zoro wasted a lot of time with both Kuma in Pre-TS and Kaido in Post-TS without using Asura, if it was a mode, it would be a retarded thing to do to still not use when they were desperate, in chapter 1008 none of their attacks works (includes Zoro with Enma as well) yet Zoro still doesn't use Asura because it's not a mode, it's a one or two-time attack technique that he can use it by giving all of his energy into it for a short time.

It's not something he can constantly use like as if it's a Gear of Luffy, or something like a Raid Suit, it's no different Shishi Sonson. It's a simple attack with CoC.

Most likely a mode.

Zoro first blocked and nullified Kaku's Rankyaku kick, turning it into mist, only later he charged with his Silver Mist attack.

So unless Zoro was preparing it all along and was also a) unable to stop himself prior to launch the attack, b) unable to keep Asura up post attack, then we can logically conclude yes.

more like sword style to preform a stance
sword stance - kendo stance - etc

Ittoryu = One Sword Style
Nitoryu = Two Sword Style
Santoryu = Three Sword Style
Kyutoryu = Nine Swords Style

he do a stance where he say Ōgi or Iai

then he launch his attack

Asura: Ichibugin
Asura: Makyusen
Asura: Ugui

It is a mode, but a mode for a single attack, as it has happened every time Zoro has used it. If it were a free mode Oda would use it together with Luffy's Boundman and Kid's Punk Rotten for example

But of course, fanboys will ignore the facts of the manga to try to raise Zoro's stick in the sky, even if it doesn't make any sense.

Yet the first time he used it he dispersed kakus attack then hit kaku
And now he deflected kaidos club and hit kaido. But sure. Keep talking shit

It's a series of attacks. Zoro uses different variety of Kyutoryu Asura attacks like Ichibugin (against Kaku) and Makyusen (against PX-4) and Ugui against Indigo in Strong World but that's non-canon. And now in the latest chapter, Zoro uses "Farce of the Dead" against Kaido. But unlike Luffy's Gears and Sanji's Diable Jambe, Zoro can't maintain Asura for long and he mostly uses Asura for finishing move.

Asura: Hell HAKKEI
Hell Hakkei wasn't Zoro's Asura technique. It was Kaido's improved version of Raimei Hakke (Thunder Bagua).
