I think he will look like Foxy since i believe Imu beat Joyboy in a Dawy back fight. Imu will be character with a serious look complex and he will also be an Okama.

That's why the design won't be Madara or Ywah.

I think hiding Imu's real appearance for that long, only showing us a silhouette even now, could be for the reason that it's something entirely different that nobody would expect.

1. Imu is literally the devil, the red eyes and arrow tail could be hints that he also looks like a nightmarish creature from hell. Possessing bodies is also something that is associated with the devil.
2. Imu looks exactly like Luffy, only as more of an evil badass version
3. Imu is from a race nobody would expect Imu to be, like for example what if Imu is actually a fishman?

My current favourite is the devil theory as it would match Imu's abilities best.
