Besides Kuzan's bounty is not revealed and when it is, it will be a different system entirely, it will be much more specific to him.

CG star/crown system is just a blanket for Admiral class. There's no difference between Garp, Greenbull, Kizaru, Fuji. They have the exact same "number"

Sure, you could argue these two are different systems and has no bearing on each other. But WG knew the bounties Buggy used for admirals, and they still gave Buggy more bounty than 3 billion, thats what the OP is arguing.

This could be the average though, where CG thought some admirals are worth 2.9 billion while some are 3.1 billion for example. You tried to make it the entry point bounty for admirals which reeks of desperation.

Not even close to as big a reach (I should have worded it differently though so you can't nitpick). Ontop of being flat out wrong as Kuzan doesn't have a CG bounty.

Comparing bounties will only really matter once we find out the bounty the whole gave Kuzan. That or If cross guild gives one of the emperors a bounty for some reason

It doesn’t make much sense to compare bounties using completely different systems
Like just compare the bounties given by doffy compared to the one they had from the wg
