Character Discussion Does Zoro need to stop skipping leg day?

Seems like Zoro just has absolutely garbage movement speed. No other character in the manga has to be thrown at opponents like this. Lol
Zoro couldn’t beat Pica unless Orlumbus was there to throw him
Zoro couldn’t beat King unless Franky was there to keep him from falling off the island (twice)
Zoro couldn’t stop Pissjulo from killing the SHs if Jinbe wasn’t there to throw him
Zoro can’t beat a random brontosaurus unless Sanji is there to propel him

If you have shit shoulder mobility and dont know anything about the exercise
If you wanna grow boulder shoulders a behind the neck press is your best friend, the single exercise where the side delts can press heavy loads as a main mover
Ive never tried behind the shoulder presses but if its about side delts, i'd rather hit them with cable lat raises ngl. But yea, this is a cool exercise to try out this weekend.

Are you still hanging? That's all the shoulder health you need to try such exercise
Ease into it with the empty bar, dont go all the way down, stop midway through your head
Find the comfort zone for your shoulders, go wider than a normal press
Seriously, my shoulders literally exploded after a couple months of behind the neck pressing, sometimes I superset it with db laterals
Warm up well before you press

After you get comfortable with it and begin adding weights, if you pull the bar from a squat rack be sure to push press the first rep then continue normally

I think there’s an old vid of Arnold talking about them and being one of the best if not the best for shoulders.
If you are enhanced then its probably not that important of an exercise, some db raises and presses would do the trick (though the shoulder god Levrone used to behind the neck press 4 plates)
But if you're a natural there's no better exercise to grow your side delts and overall boulder look

My shoulders feel smooth these days. External rotations as warmups, dead hangs & pullups solved the rotator cuff issues.

I started out with db raises for side delts, but then switched to cables after falling in love with the isolated tension you get instead just shrugging dbs around.
I use the v-bar handle to lock my arm in place & raise using my elbow to avoid the traps hijacking.

Progress weight wise is really slow, but whenever i test myself out with db lateral raises, i can lift heavier than i used to before.
