Valid point, I respect Jack's endurance but that's all he has to offer. He has no way of even touching Mingo or avoiding his attacks. He will be relentlessly bombarded while doing nothing in return.
Vergo has monstrous endurance that we haven't seen even close to the limit of, but he can also fight back with parasite restricted thanks to his speed, mobility, and flight.
If Vergo were any other character with normal high tier endurance I would say Jack would be the tougher fight. But Vergo's endurance is also busted, this along with the other factors I mentioned just make him the bigger threat to Mingo without parasite.

Trying to claim he has great endurance because we never saw him be KOed in a normal way would be like claiming Perona has great endurance since we never saw her get KOed by brute force before, even in her fight against Usopp.
Or more accurately, it'd be like saying that Vasco Shot is an endurance beast since he was only defeated by Hancock's hax. Since he was never KOed, we can argue that he has a high limit for that, right?
At some point you can just assume people like Vergo have worse endurance and stamina than people like Jack. Jack is portrayed to be far above him after all.
Trying to claim he has great endurance because we never saw him be KOed in a normal way would be like claiming Perona has great endurance since we never saw her get KOed by brute force before, even in her fight against Usopp.
