About Kuma's father: you say it was selfish by him to start a family,knowing he is a Bucaneer. But honestly: if every Bucaneer would think like this,they would be extinct,and wouldnt that be basically "giving up" against the World Government,deleting their own race? It wouldnt be good imho.
About Ginny,i think there is a "plot induced stupidity" by Oda. When Ginny was a kid,she managed to steal the Den Den Mushi and call the pirates to tell them to go to God Valley. When she was an adult,and with a training received by the Revolutionary Army,she didnt manage to find a way to comunicate with Kuma and co. for 2 years? Mh its kinda forced.

I think it’s fine to start if a family IF you take the necessary precautions to protect them, as the man of the family…
Klap was likely captured by your average run of the mill cp agent. Kuma actually has the strength to protect a family; as well as the means to get them to safety at a moments notice if they were by his side

Klap however didn’t have this strength and barely made the cut by 3 years when it came to his reproduction; otherwise he’d have gotten captured before being able to willingly conceive a child and honestly; to have that many natural gifts and electing not to grow into someone who could protect their loved ones is just Darwinism at that point… and any Buccaneers who can’t protect their families will be subjected to extinction unwillingly regardless

Kuma literally flies to a location by smacking himself with his paw. It's like a torpedo. When he seems to vanish, it is simply high speed movement. This means that even if he knew where to go it may have been impossible for him to access the location she was held in until they released her.

Yes, I do believe he has to understand the location he is expecting to launch to. Though, how he knows exactly how hard to hit someone to make them go there is beyond me.

Shanks was the first person we saw to fail in One Piece. He even failed twice in the very beginning of the story.

His first failure (lost sight of Luffy - even being at very least a high tier at that time, if not already top tier) resulted in his second failure at the hand of @Lor D. Coast

Bullshit, he knew luffy needed to follow his own journey in order to become nika + he used the loss of his arm to emotionally manipulate luffy into doing what he wanted him to.

Where was he when his captain's son (ace) died? Roger was like a father for him, was that his thanks? If you sa that dragon failed because of a mere subordinate, then shanks failed also. Again, everyone fails, because there are circumstances. Which is okay.

He didnt even know about oden's death till later in the show, WB was much closer to oden and did NOTHING btw.

Yes and that's what I'm saying, he did not get involved. Just like dragon. He clearly knew something was going on and IGNORED it, kaido was ruling wano for 25 years, as if he didn't knew what that meant.

And what about ace? He simply let him die, even though he got involved (warned wb, helped wb by stopping kaido, went to marineford). Isn't that a failure? Of course it is.

And I meant wb also failed, I said EVERYONE has "failed" here and there, because of circumstances. Even joyboy failed when it came to his own brother.

What do you think Kuma can do?
He is a goat but he is not gonna teleport into Marie Jois, defeat the holy nights, cypher pol 0, the admirals and all the other guards that protect the celestial dragons and then teleport out.

You even see in the latest chapter, he teleports to a battlefield fights and then he is too tired to come back using his devil fruit, instead opting to take a ship.

His best hope was to help the revs win battles and grow stronger in hopes of overthrowing the world government or at least getting powerful enough to stage a raid on mariejois.
