Why would oda draw that, and the coo feat comparable with enel, if it wasnt true, or do you want to say that it was just a lie from Oda? Big doubt. We talk about the same dude who uses fire constantly even tho he didnt have a devil fruit, 1 more element wouldnt change much.

I hope this becomes a thing. With the whole "electricity running through his body" and now being able to hear overhear conversations.
I hope he starts devloping an Enel lvl CoO without a DF.

Im excited for Sanji CoO feats this arc.

Imagine Katakuri having this in wci, he would have a vision of the whole wci, and with Fs would have foreseen the meeting between Capone and Luffy. the wedding day would have been a massacre because all of luffy and co's plans would have been known.
Thats basically steep 2 or even steep 3 final CoO.
I think Sanji is a CoO expert of the sensory type.
Since Sanji was able to observe the frequency of Nami's heartbeat in PH.
When he managed to watch Violet's heart and feel that she was lying.
Then in WC he can know the recipe of the cake by the smell.
And so now he can extend the power of his hearing.
I think Sanji will have his own CoO style to use in battle, he will be able to feel every bit of emotion from the opponent (seeing how the opponent's heart and brain is reacting) and then he will be able to anticipate various attacks, as if he has FS . That would be a step up by "feeling the enemy's intentions" which is the basic principle of CoO.

FS is not that much of a significant power level enhancer. We saw how easily Luffy could manage to get past Katakuri once in Snakeman. He obtained the proper speed and versatility to overcome him.
Even if Sanji developed FS he would substantially remain weaker than Katakuri, in that lacking his DF versatility which is honestly more powerful than the RS.
I hope for Sanji that he will simply empower his CoO. Rayleigh's CoO is superior to Katakuri's and yet he does not possess any FS for all we are aware of.
I think it's priority so, but Sanji should not sleep over CoA, CoO alone is not good enough to damage your enemy substantially. CoO can only substantially augment the chance to hit and evade.
