Luffy is not answering Sanji one way or another. it also does not mean its CoO lol.
it only means that Luffy is either not hearing it for whatever reason or that he simply does not care.
Sanji having better hearing in general, or selective hearing, is debatable. I frankly do not care one way or another.

there is no precendent of it. it would be an entirely new form of CoO that has not been introduced prio.
the only instance where someone was listening in from afar was Enel and he explicitely used his fruit for this.

Aiza never heard distinct voices. not in the sense of a conversation of something. she heard the sounds of the souls and of them vanishing/stopping. she could not hear what anyone was saying. not like Enel.

credit were credit is due, but we do not have to spin everything and anything into a haki feat.
this only make people stop taking it seriously.

So Sanji magically has gotten the ability to hear conversations a floor above him. And can focus on said conversations with his mind. Zeroing in on only those conversations and making making everything else silent.

Luffy cant hear.... but Luffy doesnt care. Pathetic excuse. Either way its CoO deny alll you want. You cant even do such a thing with hearing alone.

no one else is talking here.
no matter. this does still not imply its CoO. it only means that (MAYBE, they could also just ignore it) 1 party is unable to perceive it. pyhsically or mentally.

Sanji is hearing a conversation. hes hearing actual sound. hes not sensing something. he can make it out word for word. distinctively.
this was never the case with CoO so far.

I’m not sure who I want more, Iva-chan because he’s awesome and might gender change 2 particular characters or Black Maria to embarrass Sanji by either beating him or being an okama and his final opponent.

Zoro vs King and then Kaido or team fight against BM in which he’s MVP

Sanji vs a tobiroppo

That shall destroy the Zoro vs Sanji debate forever and we will instead have the much better Luffy vs Zoro debate !

This is CoO dude, we already got this exemple with enel, he could hear people with his coo and electricity, exactly what sanji does now.
Dunno wtf u even trying to say, we got the proofs, case closed.
