Seiryu aren't gods but are kinda legendary creatures. Kaido's fruit > Sengoku's. I'd even say it's arguable which is better between Luffy's and Kaido's fruit. Kaido's fruit heavily boosts your stats without altering your fighting style and gives you other useful and powerful abilities, like flight, elemental attacks - including the ability to melt down islands - and carry islands through the air.

I seriously don’t see any competetion against logias
All you have to do is grab EoS Luffy base stats and add them to the most busted of logias (C3 devil fruits basically) and compare them with Nika. Funny thing is, Akainu is already stronger than the described above, but we’ll leave that for another day.
