Sanji should just have the edge on this one but not by a huge margin.

For me it should be like Sanji is proficient in CoO and future sight and Zoro is proficient in CoO and some advanced CoO but not Fs something else./

his training is literally run from okama and try steal a recipe
Ivan says he has to STEAL he doesnt even have to fight them
and all they are is food recipes that boost others that hes barely used.

When you actually look into his training its laughable you even compare him to zoro who had 2 years of straight fight training by mihawk.

what i mean is, no matter how good Zoro's CoO, Sanji will have better CoO than Zoro either way.

Dunno about the CoA because Sanji's goals are not combat based. He will be strong EoS but not the same way as Zoro.

the point is Sanji CoO > Zoro CoO and Zoro CoA > Sanji CoA. Oda will create the balance for both fandom.

Ehem so i didnt read the entire comments thread here but specializing in something does not equate to being the best at it. I swear I've seen it said on this forum somewhere but luffy is not a CoO specialist yet he has future sight while sanji does not just like zoro is a CoA specialist yet he doesnt have advanced armament as of yet in canon manga. Therefore it's safe to say being a specialist does not automatically mean you have the best of the best in thay category of haki no?

Enlighten me on Zoro’s “better” feats of CoO if you may. If he had better CoO, he should have been the one to dive into ice lake to find Kinemon’s torso, yet it was Sanji in Nami’s body to do so. Sanji did it in a body with much much much less physical stats and probably quite low Haki pool. If their CoO levels were close to each other, or if Zoro’s was stronger from the get-go, the one who should have dived into the lake should have been him, after all, it would be a much safer bet.

Current feats doesn't equate to EoS feats... After all, Aisa and Koby had better CoO feats than Zoro before the timeskip...

And Sanji having a better CoO at EoS makes more sense since he's a technical fighter who leans more on tactics...

low haki pool? Nothing suggests sanji has nami's haki while they traded body. Sanji still maintained his CoO
