Has Escanor anything to counter DT´s regen?

No. One of the guys is basically immortal. He can constantly regen even from ashes and outlast Endeavor's Ultimate One or One mode and kill him when he's weaker.

+ Presence of the Demon King should not allot Escanor to move anywhere.

Escanor does not have a spell like Yami to cancel Gravity.
