Luffy didn’t feel that super durability you’re claiming that king has, just that they keep getting back up. Zoro claims attacking them with their flames on is pointless because they’re invincible with their flames on.
And please read the official translation of 1032 “He’s not bleeding” as in he’s not currently bleeding, not that the attacks didn’t make him bleed.

It's strange that even attacks stronger than a simple Oni-Giri didn't draw any blood from King and he took those attacks quite well, even though they were coated with Acoc-Haki, an amplifier. This suggests that there have indeed been changes in King's skill set. In terms of comparisons between YC1s, I would say King has more endurance than Marco, and by a significant margin. After all:

I don't care about genuine versus debates. You can say King loses to Katakuri, but I need you to understand how King actually fights.

Lunarians soak up damage more than anyone else, that points more to a healing factor allowing them to do so rather than hyper durability because if it was durability based they wouldn’t have to soak up damage because they would get 0 damage.
