If Fuga is actually Ushimaru..this will certainly elevate Kaido's status as a villain...and If he is...I don't know what it will do for the narrative. Otherwise it's suggested that this experimentation on Numbers took place over a century before the story.

I wouldnt like if he is Ushimaru, but the connection seems likely.

The box introduction of the three numbers was in Wano style insted of the numbers style used for other Beast Pirates.

Pehaps to make a Number the WG used a lot of people/animals fused together, and Ushimaru was one of the people used in Fuga.
