Usopp is far above Nami since concluded his Time-Skip Training.
Usopp's training camp was a place far,far worse than Mt Colubo's jungles and his sensei was CP9 level. Current Usopp,unlike Nami,is so efficient physically as using his weapons and could handle his Before Time-Skip foes in physical close-range.
Final Usopp will finally be a Monster Category fighter as he always dreamed,because his final opponent Van Augur is equal to Borsalino,possibly even stronger.
That's why Nami is one of the very few One Piece's characters that i don't like even a bit.

I can't imagine someone like Nami, Usopp, Brook and Franky will solo someone as strong as Doflamingo, not in the future not in EoS not in sequel.

Law and Gamma Knife
Gladiators, Gatz and Viola all interfered
Just look at combined effort and can't see EoS Nami / Usopp / Brook / Franky / Robin can pull something equaling those combined efforts.

I'll do the Blackbeard pirates for now. They're pretty easy.
Luffy — Marshall D. Teach
Captain vs Captain. Will of D. versus Anti-D, et cetera. Very obvious.
Zoro — Shiryuu of the Rain
Prisoner vs Prisoner. Swordsman vs Swordsman. Second strongest vs second strongest. Also very obvious.
Sanji Winsmoke — Avalo Pizarro
The only prisoner from Impel Down who had his own garments on. Dared to take Teach's role. Both are from North Blue. Both are Royalty.
Jinbe — Jesus Burgess
Helmsmen. Nothing needs to be said beyond that. The whole manga, there's been maybe a handful of insignificant helmsmen then Jinbe takes the role. Oda's setting up the two crews to face off against their equivalents, this makes the most sense.
Franky — Sanjuan Battleship Wolf
Really, really obvious. The moniker gives it away more than anything. The fact that Franky has a giant mech (+ his own battleship of sorts) makes me inclined to set these two up.
Nami — Laffitte
East Blue vs West Blue. Cat Thief vs Corrupt Cop. I think this is a pretty easy one to match up. And, again, their roles are the same.
Usopp — Van Auger
Snipers. Not much more needs to be said.
Chopper — Doc Q + Stronger
Doctors. Animals-ish.
Robin — Catrina Devron
Unsure of this one, but every other match up makes more sense. So, this is what we've got.
Brook — Vasco Shot
Jester for Vasco Shot / Brook is always joking? Again, not enough to further set them up. But everyone else matches up very well.
