Powers & Abilities Garp and Luffy are best fighters in the verse.

Luffy, Garp and Sanji are probably the top three best fighters when it comes to their natural abilities. Garp doesn't have a devil fruit yet his haki is so strong that he fought toe to toe with Roger. Sanji didn't get any in-person training from Ivankov and have to developed haki and skills on his own. Yes, I know that Luffy got a broken devil fruit but he earned the fruit by his effort alone. It was Luffy that makes the fruit unique, not that the fruit carries him.
Well, he is facing the strongest creature in the world, and is doing well.
Once again proving how skilled Luffy is. No fighting style, no martail arts, no physical strnegth training, and no weapon. Meanwhile almost all pirates have got a weapon and/ or martial arts.
