Cracks are beginning to form in the wings of Kanki. Seems like both Mouten and Shin can’t stop Zhao fully anymore. Kanki is now deep inside Riboku’s circle. There is no escape route for Kanki now. If Riboku just hangs on, Fuutei and reinforcements from the wings can take down Kanki…..Kanki should have killed Riboku by now but he didn’t. So he is gonna lose

If Kanki dies here, I wouldn't mind Kpop general delivering the killing blow whilst dying from his own injuries. Don't see any other direction his character can go after this.

Sounds good though I wouldn't be surprised if Kanki survives and later returns as an opponent to Qin. In that case, Kohaku Kou might die but still give Kanki a serious injury instead, something like taking an arm or an eye.

I gotta love how everybody just calls him General Kpop now.

A Kou acquitted himself very well - better than anyone could’ve expected against two fighters of the calibre of BNJ and Gyou’un (also 94). Feats wise, I think he easily justifies a 93.

Seems like Riboku didn’t tell anything about Kanki falling in his trap. It’s just a bloody battle with high stakes. Kanki may lose it if he takes longer while Riboku will win if he stays alive for sometime. Fuutei vs Kanki will be interesting

I did think it unlikely to be an actual plan what with his consistent "oh shit" face. The one thing you could consider planned is that his army's formation was made so that each section was close enough to each other that in case of an attack, the other sections would come to the aid of the attacked section but that is about it. Lol.

Several injuries for leading characters but supposedly none to Kanki. Also things are going to get stretched to next chapter along with Riboku once again ending the chapter (like last one with some dialogues) with the confidence of killing/defeating Kanki here.
