Expected the 6GG system to be brought up in Kanyou but didn't expect they would name all the members right away. Is that the first time Ousen and Kanki are officially promoted from General to Great General? Yotanwa shouldn't be part of the 6GG when she rules her own kingdom.
Maybe there isn't a 6th general. Maybe Sei says that currently there isn't anyone worthy of the title and the 6th will be nominated in the future after he/she proves worthy enough on the battlefield. This sparks off a strong rivalry between the M3 because thee is only one spot... And then...

Kanyou:
Sei announces to the court that the 6 Great Generals will be reinstated with the coming of the new year. Once people start to leave Sei asks Shoubunkun to find a good sculptor since he wants them to make something. The new year arrived and those who would be part of the 6 Great Generals began to arrive.
HSU HQ:
Shin hears the news about the 6 Great Generals starting up again and falls to the ground out of shock. Kyoukai helps him up but there is noticeable awkwardness between the two. Mouten says he's surprised the 6 Great Generals system that Shin told him about is actually coming back and so soon. He says it appears those who will be part of it are making their way to Kanyou now. Shin freaks out asking someone to find him a horse so he can go. Mouten calls him a fool since those who will be part of it are basically there already and there's no way they would be part of it considering how they just became generals. Shin asks if that means Ouhon didn't go too and Mouten tells him Ouhon's still at his position. Shin says he'll forgive Sei since if Ouhon made it to 6GG before him he would've sent Sei flying.
Rei hears about the revival of the 6GG and asks if someone else used the life sharing technique. Shin calls her stupid stating it's a position, to which Rei calls him stupid captain. Karyoten explains what the 6GG are and Mouten says the most important part about it is the Freedom to Wage War. Now there is no need to wait for orders to come in from Kanyou and the 6GG will be able to act on the spot at their discretion. Ten says that's a double edged sword and Mouten says Kanyou probably knows that too, however the 6GG system was needed for their goals so they decided to revive it. Shin says now's not the time for that because the important part is who will be part of the 6GG.

Sei begins his speech by saying today is a very important day for Qin. Just like how King Soujou created the 6GG system they will be bringing back the system for the sake of unifying China. The first will be Moubu, second Tou, third Ousen, fourth Yotanwa and fifth Kanki. The sixth one will be....
