As far as I can remember, it has not. Kanyou has only heard of the battle outcomes rather than any specific battle details (such as Shin slaying Houken) thus far.

Yeah, I have just skimmed through Chapters 627-638 and I do not see a single panel involving Kanyou getting informed of Houken’s death. Either I somehow missed it or it is not there.

Hell yes. I'm sure the strategy meeting is going to be awesome, I wonder if we'll just get commentary on Tou vs Kochou or if we're going to find out what the future of the Qin's plans are now that Gyou has been taken? I would think that they would need to speak to the Qin headquarters before making amy more plans right? Ousen is not a 6GG just yet....lol

And the BAMF Akou awakens.

If not for the Chad Sou'Ou, Akou would easily be my favorite member of the Ousen Army. He is one of the strongest subordinate Generals in the manga and a really strong Qin General overall. I'm glad he isn't dead just yet.
