Roboku seems to have regained his vigor after spending a night with Kaine. Nothing like some good action to get a man revved up.
Banaji and Rihaku of Defense are now eye brothers. Where is Rihaku though. He should be loyal to Riboku.
Finally Shibashou is about to make an entrance. This man has been hyped for a while. I can't wait to see what's he's capable of.

That's true lol.....Riboku is good only for Zhao citizens and he will be regarded as evil by other countries....
Sei will regarded as evil King by the people of other countries except Qin....That's the heavy burden he has to bear and rectify after he unifies China...
Prince Ka's situation is exactly like Sei and Seikyou situation.....Sei had dependable allies like Shin and later Yon Tan Wa ( who were not that famous and known even in Qin) while prince Ka has much better allies Riboku, Banaji, Futei, Kaine.... He can take back the kingdom if he really wishes.....

He can't take the kingdom. He only has some faction of the military supporting him. All his political allies have been killed together with their families. From what we have seen the new king and his prime minister won't make any moves to counter Ousen. Riboku is probably seeking out Shibashou to help with the defense against Qin not to place Ka back on the throne.

Riboku HQ:
Kaine is walking outside saying "Oh no, oh no, oh no" because of what happened at the end of the last chapter. After she said she wouldn't leave his side no matter what and clung to his back she realizes what she's doing and lets go and apologizes, to which Riboku says "thank you." Kaine thinks through what the thank you meant and can't get her thoughts together when Bananji, SSJ and Futei sees her to which BNJ says it's good to see her still full of energy.
Riboku comes out and BNJ says it's good to see him doing well. Riboku says it's all a front and BNJ says that's still fine. SSJ asks what their plan is moving forward since their situation puts them as traitors. He says there are 3 options for them, 1 to surrender, 2 to keep going and running, 3 go to Kantan, take down the new king and Kakukai and put Ka on the throne. With the third option there is the alternate idea of creating a new dynasty with Riboku as the new king. Riboku says to stop there. Putting Prince Ka on the throne after capturing Kantan would already mark him as an improper king so putting him in that position would be even more out of the question. SSJ apologizes.
Futei asks what they should do then and if getting away is the only option. Riboku says they will win against the Qin army first and to do that requires the strength of everyone there. Riboku says to just hold out until he returns from his journey and Futei asks if he can even go back to inner Zhao. BNJ asks if they can even hold out against the Qin without Riboku's presence. BNJ predicts in about 1 year Kakukai will come out with his head bowed if he's not stupid. Futei says if they run then the Qin are sure to come in. Riboku says they'll prepare for all of it and when BNJ asks where he's thinking of going Riboku replies to the city of Seika where Shibashou is. Riboku says it's time for them to gather as much strength as they can to save their nation.
Kantan:
After coming back to try to catch Riboku the Kantan army went back out to defend the line along with the Kochou army. The orders seem to have come from Kakukai and that's what the court believed but Kakukai was just going with the plan Riboku laid out during his time in prison.
Qin:
It's the first snow. The Qin court is trying to figure out what to do when Mister Shi comes in and asks for the King to speak with him outside. Shoubunkun comes too and Mister Shi says it's fine if it's him since he didn't want to tell Shouheikun or Rishi. He says it's about Ryofui. He says Ryofui hasn't really made a move but they can't just ignore him right now. Ryofui has been in a city for 3 years and in that time he has gathered a great amount of followers once again. Lots of big families joined which meant people who once supported the King have gone to that camp. Mister Shi believes it's time to finally get rid of Ryofui once and for all. Sei says that he understands but he will go meet him face to face and come back after speaking with him.
