That's a gross misrepresentation. Women and men don't go to the same bathrooms because they think all men are rapists or the vice-versa. They don't do it because they're not comfortable around the other gender. It's for the same reason transwomen don't go to men's bathrooms--unless you believe transwomen think all men are rapists, which, by extension, makes them men-phobic using your own logic.

Not saying trans people should use restrooms or not, nor does this involve Photon, but the main motivator behind Trans people shouldn't be allowed to use restrooms based on their preferred gender is the idea that they're sexual predators, and that argument obviously doesn't work.
Who says all trans women are sexually attracted to women in the first place? They could like men. On that note, should homosexuals be banned now with that logic? If you put them in their own restrooms, wouldn't assaults still happen? People can't pretend it isn't a factor seeing how homosexuals have been portrayed as sexual predators who can't control their sexual urges for decades.

Not necessarily. He doesn't want it because he knows his daughter wouldn't wish to share the space with a biological male even if she identify as a women. Most women feel that way and you can't force them to do shit they don't want to do. See, if I have a transwomen as a sister, I don't want her to be in the same bathroom as me, not because I'd attack my own sister. It's because I know she wouldn't feel comfortable around me in a private space and the same goes for me too.
