Celestial Dragons can't be leftist by definition for they do not seek equality in anything. Even the people they view as ants has different value to them hence, slavery auctions. They have their traditions and values, and they take those traditions to the absolute extreme and enforce them on other people. They also believe in natural order and social hierarchy. They are also very similar to the Nazi regime given their obsession with eliminating specific ethnic groups.
