This forgets a pretty powerful context
The lazy mods most of the time enable the few toxic mods , mostly because they don't want the headache

(Not talking about worstgen in this context)

This happens on forums discord and Reddit and even 4chan
A lot of mods just want to feel good. They don't have much power or control over the things in their life (as most people don't) so they cling onto whatever they CAN control. With forum nonsense being one of those things.
This is why so many mods on basically any site just do things according to how they personally feel and not according to logic. It's why so many subreddits have mods that will ban you for simply having an unpopular opinion or not spending 30 minutes editing a post so it's to their exact taste. In a world where they don't have many ways to get pleasure and happiness, they cling to bullying other people online and trying to make them feel small and feel foolish just so they can get a quick laugh off of it and/or feel morally superior. They don't really care to think about the millions of other, more healthy, ways to vent anger and frustration. They only want to feel schadenfreude.
And that applies to a few of the mods here to some degree but it's definitely not solely aimed at them. As I said it's something that applies more for Reddit usually.

What do you mean by world building?
I mean the action of worldbuilding. Not necessarily writing, but creating a coherent world.

He probably means that he should write a novel because his posts are as long as his.
Well, I feel the germ of the same obsessive mind yeah, but that's not the reason.

World-building is one of the main reason why I got out of conspirationnism and this is also what pushed me to politicize. Basically, without the need to create fiction, I would also still be talking about ancient astronauts.

A good worldbuilding - nowadays - require the understanding of the world as a global system. Geographically, historically, socially etc. Not as an entirety necessarily, but in its essence. This knowledge then can be reproduced on fictional world to allows for better and more interesting stories.

So when I ask about it, my goal is to know if CoC: Color of Clowns is interested in trying to learn more about the world. Because while all of their theories are fun and whimsical, even in the bad side, they are nothing compared to the complex and beautiful reality of the world. A good worldbuilding will have a very hard time staying a conspiracy theorist.

But I see that they have a health problem, and might be in a dangerous position.. maybe it's not the best idea to completely shift their vision of the world.

You kind of misunderstood me

I forgot to add the most important:

Worldbuilding (and the need to create a good and progressive fiction through it) is always challenging, so we are constantly questioning ourselves and our biases or knowledge.

This mindset is amazing to politicize and get out of conspirationnist or weird theories.

A simple example: Analyze the political reasons why the time zone are structured the way they are.. then imagine a world with different time zones and different reason for it and consequences. This simple exercice is amazing to challenge our own beliefs.

Crooks defending crooks is standard procedure in the Grand Ole Party, and @Ravagerblade has conveniently disappeared…I keep showing him mine, wonder why he can’t show me his :DeepThink:

First decent thing he’s ever done for American farmers, and he’ll demand praise and obeisance from the entire country even though all he’s doing is fixing a totally unnecessary problem HE recklessly caused

CoC: Color of Clowns

"If it bleeds, it can die." - Pointcrow
You say that like I’m experiencing this for the first time…I remember when he would drop the hammer on both sides, but there’s ample demonstrative proof that he’s no longer interested in punishing actual bigots, really disappointing shit from a mod staff that’s already famously incompetent :kriwhat:
@AL sama got replaced by the Reptilians, it's obvious /s

:Doffy_Cringe:

Looooooooooooooooool this is very accurate.

Could also put "sex slaves" in for Yacht money, which makes it a lot less funny, and even more accurate.

chimpanzees are also a social species and they fucking wage war against other chimpanzees.

the social aspect is within our tribe/in-group, so people can be bad towards other people they dont consider to be part of their tribe/in-group and we are still considered a social species.
humans are inherently violent creatures as we evolved to kill other animals for survival

Doesn't mean we have to be limited to our biological desires. Anybody with a brain knows murder and rape is bad. Arguing against a basic observation of biological inclinations is so stupid when we can easily acknowledge it and just move on

Wrong

That you invented.

Anybody with a brain knows murder and rape is bad.
And yet this is something done systematically by very intelligent people.
Arguing against a basic observation of biological inclinations is so stupid when we can easily acknowledge it and just move on
You based your reasonning on fallacious idea. That's not basic observations or reasonning, that's the basis for political missinformation.

It's literally theorized our brains evolved after we started eating meat...

And yet this is something done systematically by very intelligent people.
Because very intelligent people run simple cost and benefit analysis? You realize you can do bad things for what you might perceive as "greater good?" There are literal philosophical arguments about this

I am basing it off intensive anthropological research and thousands of years of observed human history
