That's because these geniuses have been following the conflict only since October 7th
And were it not for the white guilt over letting the Holocaust happen (or commiting it, in the case of Germany) the western support for Israel would be halved.
Ironically, by not stopping their agression, they are letting the Holocaust of Palestinians continue for God knows how many years.
I've followed this struggle since I could read, and come from a country that suffered its own genocide 30 years ago. Had family members burned alive in their homes because of their religion.
These Western geniuses all miss one thing - they have never, NEVER, for multiple generations now, known what war feels like. How many wars since WW2 did Americans have on their home soil? The Brits? The French?

But the thing is, people of your ilk often or not exhibit an extreme Muslim bias, and, even more often than not, an Islamic in-group bias. I don't agree with the IDF, nor the Israeli government, but the people (Israeli citizens) are there now, you can't just displace them in some misplaced form of justice. The two-state solution is the only one that solves the humanitarian crisis.

Hot take. I think there are good people in both hamas and in the IDF.
While both Hamas and the IDF engage in terrorism(the IDF was created from literal terrorist organizations that existed in mandatory Palestine), I think the nature of conflict is more complicated than just one side being evil.
Ultimately, people are just cogs in larger machines that they have no control over. Both Israelis and Palestinians have grown up in a country perpetually at war and have been groomed from a young age to hate the other side. Whereas for Israelis, service is mandatory, I feel like Gazans might face a similar pressure to support Hamas due to the harsh conditions they are under.
