In France we have a Law that prevent the denial of the "shoah". But only this one genocide. There is no laws against the denial of what we did in Africa for example. Concerning the definition, A genocide is something that was defined as followed by the UN:

Its not hatred, its frustration. They are an oppressed group and we are the oppressors. Its logical for them to feel completely frustrated by what they live.
