- Second because people in the middle are in fact going by themself toward conservatism. The growing of the far right comes with the conservative and antiwoke radicalization of the middle class. In reality, middle class resisted progressism and for some went toward the far right.
The last drawing is accurate, but simply because of the two parameters mentionned above.
Those who refuse to see the conflicts in political values are doomed to fall for the most conservative ones.

This usually happens because of regulations. Governament always have a hand helping to creating monopolies.
The big already solid companies into a certain business area can afford the new expenses governament requires from them (it is usually them who do lobby to require those regulations).
A famous case is the Ketchup brand Heinz.

Every single serious study you look at will show you around the same numbers. You just don't want to hear it. Liberal is a strange term in USA. That's why I always address myself as libertarian instead while here in Brazil we wouldn't have such distinction.
