In reality I'm ten times more suspicious of when I look toward my left than when I look toward my right.

Because What I see on the left are things I know I deradicalized from or found evidences against for the most part. So I have no problem in looking at my right as long as I keep my defenses on, those are things I know and I can defend against. On the other hand, I know that I can accept things very easily, so I'm very careful when I'm radicalizing on the left toward things I don't know. So I take a long time to double check informations, concepts and ideas.

I'm not joking around about this. There's no reason to have such an established presence in the South Pole.
If they're not digging for something, why bother? And, if it costs THAT MUCH and takes that much effort to run a dig site down there (it's hard to dig through ice, especially when doing archeology), what's the point?
Want a fun conspiracy? The rising sea levels are a direct result of Antarctic being mined. Why raise the temperature? To melt the ice, without damaging what's underneath.
