Yeah not now

But there was a month ago and then there was arson attack on rails before Olympic ceremony.

There was also one last year against police shooting

I mean was this the case with France always? Because I have observed France being in news for such events more in last few years than before
France has a long history of activism. Despite the surge of far-right, the radical left keeps existing unlike in Italy and elsewhere where it died. There are many explanations to that. One being that some individuals did a lot of work to keep it existing like Mélenchon. This explains why there is a left in France and doesn't answer your question.

But the two events that you mentioned is "Nahel's death" and "some individuals sabotaging the railroad". Two events that aren't remotely linked.

First one are people rioting and whatnot due to Nahel's death.

The railroad suspects are yet to be determined, investigations of cops is underway. At this point it's either Russians or far-left activists. And cops seemed to have a preference for far-left activism when it happened. One would think only another big nation with their intel and means could paralyze a country like that. But if it fucking turns out to be 10 far-left individuals, this would be hilarious and show how weak the French government OR how well-prepared these far-lefties are.

You probably watched some bad media outlets or YouTube channels who thrives on such content.

Good news channels are not fueling anything.

And, public at large don't really care about what's happening in Bangladesh - your internal matter.
perhaps you're right but whatever I have seen from them so far is full of propaganda except the the media outlets or youtubeers that I like and follow

also the comment sections are full of hate speech

What's going on in UK and France? Why riots?
France always riots. Nothing new there, they always find something to riot about.

And then you have the muslims running through the streets with machetes in hand and allahu akbar on their lips.
Local news called them "youths" and failed to mention them as dangerous rioting extremists with machetes.

Comment section of social media platform full of hate speech? Why are you surprised? Lol

And, subscribe to good news channels or YouTube channels in your case.

There are always bad apples and good apples - it's upto you what you wanna eat.

And, public at large (not talking about those who are super active on social media) but general public really don't care about what's happening in Bangladesh or in Ukraine or in UK.

We hardly get free time from our own issues to talk about other country issues lol

Yes. Look at the misleading news titles though. That "far right" escalate AFTER muslims come out with machete. This clown media is so dumb you can't make it up.

There were already stabbings in front of police. Police did fuck all.

its not very rare in there I know but I m asking did it happen recently??

Riots are not a norm, they are a exception. Or maybe I should say, they should be a exception.
Riots are essentially warfare on a very basic level only that the "enemy" in this case is the ruling caste. Riots, protests, war etc are the norm when we look at history. Sad but true.

Idk but there are people here who protested for the installment of a caliphate.😬

The same happened in Germany like a year? ago. Someone cut the rail cables in 2 crucial spots paralysing most of the rail traffic. A year later some news outlets checked whether the cables are now protected against unauthorized access and it turned out the cables are still extremely easy to access by any random guy:saden::saden:

The other day I watched some videos about NE India and the comment sections were absolutely crazy. I couldn't even tell what their problems with one another are. Almost worse than Balkan comment sections.

yeah I have been seeing similar stuff
Pressure building tactic so that they can get "friendly" (fingers crossed) with the new leadership on their own terms.
Just like how Hasina was for them and the reason why she fled to India.

Geopolitics is at play. Increased India's involvement in Bangladesh means less Chinese and Pakistani influence.

Wait for a few days and you will see chapri YouTube analysts say ISI was involved in these riots and now minorities (hindus) in Bangladesh are in danger.

It is just a joke at this point. I just searched and found a statement from Jai Shankar:

https://www.indiatoday.in/india/sto...h-crisis-minorities-attack-2577737-2024-08-06

Maybe Bangladeshis are not targetting minorities and just angry at India/Indians for providing shelter to Hasina, who recently killed hundreds of students? They won't look at this from this angle, and will end up calling them extremists.
