Everyone is opposed to civilians being killed
But I feel like the killing of soldiers is too normalized.
People say Hamas soldiers are all evil terrorists and are happy when they get killed.
People say IDF soldiers are all evil occupiers and are happy when they get killed.
And there is some truth to this. Hamas does engage in terrorism and the IDF does enforce an occupation. But also, a lot of these guys were indoctrinated by their respective countries and are just fighting out of loyalty to their people and their homeland.
I don’t think anyone on either side is necessarily evil, though there is much evil on both sides. I think in a better world, these people might have lived better lives.

Daily reminder the US government is run by an international child sex trafficking ring, and that electing one person over another isn't going to magically get rid of it.
I fucking hate how Podesta got so buried in stupid political memes
Sex crime is unfortunately all too common in society.
If you keep up with the news, many people get arrested for such crimes every day.
I think people have something of a bias where they hyperfixate on celebrities and politicians who commit sex crimes, while ignoring the countless random people who also commit sex crimes.
This leads to people thinking politicians are uniquely evil, as opposed to just normal people fallible to the same moral shortcomings as anyone else.
There is definitely some conspiracy. Epstein proves it. But just like the sex offenders in your community aren’t representative of the entire population, I’m not sure the sex offenders in government are representative of the entire government.
