Im from NY, the bronx specifically. If you ever stepped outside downtown manhattan you'd know the city has a lot of space lol.

Large firms buying stuff isn't the issue as long as they build stuff. Luxury buildings ironically help stabilize housing prices as rich people just move to those and landlords are forced to lower the prices to compete.

Taxes are one of the reasons i'm planning to migrate soon. I'm not financing any gov that uses my money to do shit that goes against my moral compass.
