so much of the food is radioactive sludge and we need to pay for every single thing with all of that stuff accumulating to prices higher than the usual salary
and we're very clearly being trained to be docile and do nothing ever since the pandemic as everything is more geared towards sitting on your ass at home and just ordering everything online and watching everything online and even working online if you have to

Politicize, learn theories, educate, spread the knowledge and organize. You will see that your docility is but an illusion created by the system. You have more power than you think. The first step is to change "If things don't change" to "If we don't make things change". Refuse the docility. Join a union. Check in your local neighborhood if there is a local activist association, a far leftist and organized kind. Find good political ressources. If you want I can guide you for that. Find comrads you can count on, join internet leftist communities. In other word, Take back your power.
