Could go either way, I’d bet on Yuta more times than not tho.
If Hakari survives long enough to hit one jackpot, then he wins since he’ll just keep hitting more quickly. All it takes for Hakari is to hit one jackpot to get on a roll, and Yuta even said he’s superior when he’s on a roll. Jackpot Hakari is far superior than Yuta in close combat but fully manifested Rika added with Yuta versatility would give him a run for his money. But it would turn into a battle of attrition with Yuta depleting his CE.
But it’s very unlikely Hakari survives long enough to hit his first JP, Yuta would obliterate him before he could land it.

Hakari was shown to be overwhelming Kashimo and casually ignoring his CE trait, something I doubt Yuta could do.
Doesn’t matter if Yuta has a large pool of CE, he can run out while Hakari can’t.

Without the Jackpot, Hakari was getting beat down by Kashimo quite easily, but with it he was overwhelming Kashimo in close combat when he tried. Hakari broke Charles staff and knocked him out it one kick when he couldn’t do it prior.
