General & Others Hard work (Koby) vs gifted freebies (Zoro)

#41
These 2 are antithesis to one another, and it's proven with how they achieved adv CoC.

Zoro:
-Ryuma CoC genes
Achieved CoC: through magic sword unlocking CoC for him [time limit CoC]

Koby:
-literal nobody
-no magical weapons
Achieved CoC: through hard work [no time limit CoC]

This can even be seen through their dreams as well:
  • Koby's dream is to be an Admiral, which is a rank purely based on strength. Not possible to get it by cheating.
  • Meanwhile Zoro's dream is to be WSS, which is about avoiding challenges as much as possible and taking shortcuts with magical swords:

Koby is what Zoro fans always want to claim that Zoro is- a nobody that rose to the top only through sheer hard work

meanwhile Zoro is a reincarnation/destined chosen one of previous Ryuma, always having Ryuma genes giving him strength, and getting hands on on as many magical swords as possible in order to make a shortcut to his dream
This. Zoro is nothing but bump. Everything was given free to him with asspulls but still falls behind koby. Glad someone to point it out.

I'm really glad that soon we will be returning to Egghead and the Coby theme will be forgotten. And it really will be forgotten until the next "grand feat." Believe me, lol. (I really like Coby, but as a person, not a character).

How did Koby achieve it through hard work lmfao, it was literally just gifted to him even easier than Zoro was gifted it, Zoro at least showed basic CoC first and then got ACoC later, Koby just spontaneously gains ACoC with no explanation at all.

You can't train to get ACoC so this thread is just dumb.
Where did zoro show basic first before CoC coating? Lol

Oda is no longer clever with hes fights, not that he was good to begin with. But remember him saying Kaido wont be defeated by just bigger and stronger punch? And recently Oda said he doesnt enjoy drawing fights no more… it shows… its dbz now in terms of fighting. The last fight that was at least a little smarter was Zoro vs pica . How he found him… and look at king stupid turn off the flames…

So Ode pointed out (even if it sucks) what Zoro noticed, as the King began to fear Zoro's attacks with acoc, it was acoc that forced the King to change his strategy.

this thread is obsolete cause Zoro has worked as hard as he possibly could since he was what 8 it can also be argued that Zoro actually has had the hardest training and the magical sword you are referring to could only be wielded by someone worthy which was Zoro due to all of his hardwork that led to it and he then had to train to properly wield it.

How good you are or become depends on all of your traits.
Some people have mental fortitude, some have talent, some have stronger bodies.
Dedication beats talent.
Dedication and talent beat everything.

But One Piece is not real life so nothing matters and Oda gives anyone he feels like the power they need.

Coby was probably biggest crybaby in OP so obviously he gets CoC. Noone alse can cry as much as him. He deserves it

Judge really did a number on this guy. Coby has better feats than Cyborgji and it's all thanks to haki.

Coby with 30 panels in 25 years = haki and strength portrayal
Lanji with 25 years of being the bestest and most developed character ever with 15 arcs = mentioned to have haki 2x, baked a cake, daddy broke his sub Vergo cap by giving him a bag of free power ups. B-But cook conqueror's haki!!!

Usopp has significantly more haki buzz than Lanji btw.
