Zoro clashed Fuji and you claimed he toyed with even though that's not what happened. He used his gravity power to force Zoro down in the ground. Zoro then countered it and push them back at the same attack.
Just like now, Carrot charged at Zoro to attack him. He say it coming and attacked. She was able to evade it because she can move in midair and attacked again. Zoro saw it coming again and blocked it. Only when they clashed was she able to shock him that has zero effect.
Blitz is when someone is attacked at speed too fast in them to counter or react. Carrot didn't blitz him.
But keep telling yourself how she made him look like a fodder. Like said, someone who Zoro scared with just his aura was able to evenly clash with Luffy.
