No he didnt say that, he said he wanted a peaceful/quiet life, something he wouldnt have if he became a Yonko.

Well yeah, I never took that statement to mean that the title is beneath him. But rather, it suggests that he could've easily had it if he wanted to which is just one of the parts of that chapter which destroyed Mihawk haters. That's the part I was referring to with my post.

They think Buggy should be Yonko because he is noticeably stronger than Mihawk by to a point that he can make him his underling. Not even an extreme-diff, minimum high-diff difference with Yonko. Thats minimum.
Yonko Luffy and Zolo have low-diff power difference, I don't see why that should change, so Luffy will be able to low-diff Zolo, who will be stronger than Mihawk.

We saw with our very eyes that Law is not "Yonko level" because it took him and Kid combined to barely defeat Linlin.
Mihawk, on the other hand, was given his bounty explicitly for being the WSS. Meaning that the WG thinks his strength alone is enough to net him a bounty that high.
We were never even given this kind of statement for Law, anyway.
