Sanji asking Zoro to kill him, doesnt mean he actually could. Its just that if anyone had the chance....itd be him. Evil Sanji would either be attacking everyonr, and Ziro takes advantage of him being distracted. Or Evil Sanji doesnt attack anyone but obviously isnt Sanji anymore....and Zoro sneak attacks when he isnt ready. Either way Zoro has to the resolve to kill him anyway he can.
