Future Events How likely is that Blackbeard and Shanks crew clash in future

Not just because their captains have history and they are rivals as yonkos. I think it would be interesting because Blackbeard crew is all about devil fruit users , while Shanks crew is about Haki strength.

Do you think it would be better if they clash with each other or would you prefer Straw Hats fighting each crew separately ?

Incredibly likely:
1. Blackbeard has a crew that desperately needs hype and Shanks has a crew that’s honestly just strong with no personality
2. Blackbeard and Shanks are heavily connected throughout the story and are the perfect examples of the main themes of the manga. Dreams (DF) and Will (Haki)
3. Luffy needs to be able to prove his crews better than Shanks’ crew and I think defeating people who defeated them is better and I can’t see Usopp fighting his dad

I still think it would be a waste of potential to trash RHPs just to make them hypetools.

I mean....I can deal with that idea, but I want Benn Beckman hype feats first.

Oda only wanted to return with Dorry and Broggy but I understand his point, even so, a character with a portrayal like Beckman's will not simply be discarded.

Well have to see but currently he’s just kinda there? Hes never actually done anything and no one really gives him any respect in verse.

At this point if Oda has BB vs Shanks, I wouldn’t be shocked if Oda makes burgess fight him

Do you realize that RHP vs BBP would be mostly off-screen?

Benn aint Shanks.And Oda dont waste panels on underlings until they fight the Mugiwaras

Just look at the oden FB with WBP vs RogerP

It's pretty obviously for me that Shanks crew is just hype tool for BB's one. Ben, Rou & Yasopp has no plot importance at all, but they are hyped to be strong. They could be one of the strongest high tiers.

They absolutely should, BB has been living rent free on Shanks head for years, they have a more hyped up rivalry than BB vs Luffy. But its like Toryu said, Shanks is borderline Oda's self insert, and BB has been lacking hype for a while so he cant lose to another Yonko before fighting Luffy, so its complicated
