Chapter 601 --- Romance Dawn For New World - Dawn of Adventure Into New World
I think Oda is aiming for Same Number, meaning it takes SHs 600 Chapters to Finally set Course to Final New World Island (Lodestar)
So We still have 2 Years to wrap up this Loki/Elbaph/Holy Knights Situation & Putting all other Players where They belong for Last War,
After that for Ending, We should have like 60% of it Focusing on War (Similar to Enies Lobby or Onigashima Raids) while 40% Focuses on SHs Final Acts & Dreams & Saving The World (Similar to Thriller Bark)
If Oda decides to Rush that Part & make it as long as his Previous Wars, then He will try to End it in 100 Chapters, (Around 3 Years), but We all know that even in Arcs with Few Characters, He loves to draw too much, so i'd say 200 Chapters sounds about right (6 Years)
So Overall, i believe One Piece still have between 5 & 8 Years,
Anything Less or Above would Surprise me tbh

No idea where you take the info that a lot of crew go there.
I think Lodestar arc will happen because the island would be a perfect place to happen a fight btw the contenders for the OP

How many chapters do we have a year now? And how many of them full of side characters we don't care about nor do we need to see at this point of the story?
So I think it should be a minimum of 7 to 9 years, but it could be more.
Unless Oda starts to rush the important things and gives us Tashigi's and Koby's flashbacks inbetween.

If we assume the average arc post Wano is gonna last about 2 years, and if we assume Elbaf ends next year , the next 3 arcs would amount to abiut 6 years. 4 arcs would be 8 years. But we also know Action heavy /war arcs are typically shorter then most. Onigashima part of Wano is 73 chapters Marineford war 31 chapters, Enies lobby 56 chapters.Which is an average of 53 chapters but should be noted Onigashima had the largest cast of any arc. Could turn into 6 or 7 years
While I did say "most crew", it does not mean or imply that a lot of crews have reached there. What I am saying is that the story said this is where people find out about the Road Poneglyphs thus giving them the key information, they need to actually begin looking for Raftel.
My issue with Lodestar being the arc where all the crews vying for the OP meet up and fight is that the majority of the crews that are heading for the OP already know about the Road Poneglyphs, which makes going to that island useless and redundant.
-Shanks and Buggy have already been there in their youth (as part of Rogers crew) so they have no need to go back there.
-Blackbeard already knows about the Road Poneglyphs and the man marked by flames so he has no need to go there.
-Luffy was given the information on Lodestar at Zou when he was given the first Road Poneglyph rubbing by the Minks.
-Big Mom and Kaido already had Road Poneglyphs in their possession.
-Even Kidd and Law already know about the Road Poneglyphs without having to go to Lodestar.
