The strongest in the world appear in chapter 1121 in the double page, Mihawk is at best slightly stronger than Issho and Aramaki and definitely not on the level of Kuzan the mid Gen Garp, Shanks the mid Gen JoyBoy, Dragon and Sakazuki the Fleet Admiral of current Era.

I'm not sure that that's true, I have heard two good arguments against it, plus, even if that was true when the chapter released, I think over the time skip Oda massively upscaled many characters, so I think Mihawk is emperor level in strength, and Whitebeard was by a good measure the weakest emperor at the time,

Mihawk is clearly talking about power levels about being PK otherwise he wouldn't tell Buggy that don't expect us to fight Emperors for that, in Mihawk's mind being PK = Fighting Emperors (and he is right as Big mom also said similar thing), so Mihawk basically admits he isn't on Emperor level.

We all know Mihawk wanted to become PK by fighting and beating Roger, a swordsman, for the title. Not by finding an island.

He dream to be PK died with Roger. That's why he was at Roger's execution.

THe vivre card hints he might go after One Piece so he can return to his peaceful life.

The vivre book confirmed Mihawk is beyond Yonko level. He declared war against the Marines and went after the Marines alone. The Yonkos don't even do that and they have an army backing them up.

Bitches hurting right now, we got spoilers for new chap where an Elder has been killed, we got so many VCs release and people are stuck on Mihawk and BB. Aramaki having a BB is so important just so Admiral fans can up their fav while Shanks/Yonko fans want Aramaki to have BB so they can downplay Mihawk. The Admiral fans wishes make sense but Shanks/Yonko fans thinking that they can somehow use it to push Mihawk down are so fucking stupid like the manga has not already stated that Mihawk is WSS and stronger than Shanks.
