Imo oda retconned loki's strength. He initially planned him to be a low top tier but changed his mind and made him a semi god tier only behind imu and joyboy.

Agreed,after making Harald xebec/pk level he decided why not make loki that level and above

I’ve read the whole chapter and saw every panel,not one panel was there loki wheezing and bleeding after fighting Harald he legit beat him so bad he came out of zoan form with no scratches and decided to finish him off in base

So you clearly missed the panel of Loki wheezing while asking Harald if he came back to his senses, with the panel to the left of it showing Loki a bit banged up.

Shanks was cutring Harald like butter. The problem was regen, Loki just has an ability to bypass that regen.

I see that mark theory a lot, but I don't think it makes sense as we have multiple examples of a regen user's mark getting cut off with them being just fine afterwards.

Which loops back around to my comment on how the mark getting separated doesn't always severe their connection to Imu.

Bruising, bleeding whatever. Point is that Loki got damaged which counters the idea that Loki won easily.
