How strong is Morel ? Compared to Zodiac and Phantom Troupe ?

Nah phinks is utter trash. Imagine he had to use hatsu to beat a fodder ant below squadron level. And against powerful characters , he won't even have time to rewind his arms

Big difference. Phinks is an enhancer. Others you mentioned are not. Others hence rely more on their hatsu and don't need time like phinks to up scale attacks.

You do realise being Enhancer doesnt mesn you're basic KO is somehow better. Enhancement techniques like Janken, Ripper Cyclone, Big Bang are just better versions of KO punches. Their basic KO attacks wouldnt be much different.

I am not denying that but a big part of their power is general enhancement. For others like conjurers and manipulators , they rely more on their hatsu due to their enhancement lacking in comparison. Killua negged rammot without hatsu iirc.

And even then phinks needs time to roll unlike uvogin.

Feitan legit had a high-extrem high diff battle against a fucking squadron leader...
And Feitan is one of the strongest PT and needed a fucking high-extrem high diff vs "ONE" squadron leader.
He would be dead if he was in Morel situation.
Hell dude would get clapped hard by any Royal Guard, he would never perform in same way as Morel did.
