General & Others How was Shanks talking to Greenbull?

There is Basic CoO
Future Sight is Advanced CoO Level 1
Telepathy is Advanced CoO Level 2
Characters who Demonstrated it so far are:
Shanks (Against Ryokugyu)
Mihawk (Against Luffy)
Gorosei
Zunisha
Luffy (Unconsciously)
Katakuri (Movie Red)
Yasopp (Movie Red)
It allows them to Communicate Telepathically and also share their Vision with them
Being Level 2 CoO means you have to first learn Future Sight & then Telepathy
Just like you must first learn Hardening (Level 1 CoA) before you can learn Barrier (Level 2 CoA)

On a semi related note, isnt it funny that Green Bull was just gassing up the Celestial Dragons and we have Shanks not only terrifying him into retreating and thus submission from an extremely long distance too, almost like hes a deity for real or a "God" but we know Shanks either is a Celestial Dragon or is strongly connected to them at least.
This might end up being funnier in hindsight if Shanks really is a celestial dragon then too. To think of it too, isnt Shanks' ship dragon themed, a dragon figurehead?
To respond to the thread directly, Im on the same boat or ship that Green Bull recognised his haki. He might have been able to sense its Shanks due to his devil fruit as he was leaving flowers/plants as he walked since he arrived in Wano and thus it works like Enel's "mantra" across Skypeia as some suggested here already ofc.
I doubt he heard Shanks talking but it would be crazy if he did too, not impossible but just unlikely and yet very hype if so?
In Film Red, Usopp and Yasopp were in 2 completely different places and even dimensions IIRC, Uta's fantasy world or w/e and the real world and they were able to communicate with each other with Observation Haki too. It could be an advanced form of CoO we've yet to see?
But there's also so little we know about VOAT, that im not against it being VOAT somehow. Oda would wank Shanks into having it too, if Oden could have it, why not Shanks, Odas biggest golden boy aside from Luffy? The authors pet/self insert? And the one most like Roger, closest to him aside from Luffy too? As in inheriting his will/thet torch and succeeding and replacing him? Even Zunesha has VOAT so Im not against the possibility of Shanks having it at all. It seems unlikely but on a personal level, I feel he should have it.
We've also had Akainu and Whitebeard talking to each other across the whole of Marineford pretty much too? As awesome as that was, the great dialogue and such, it was always such a very odd moment too?
