I also agree Zoro vs mihawk won't happen. Zoro is too emotional guy like Luffy, no way he is going to cut the guy who helped him. I think Mihawk know Zoro’s heart, so this is a good way to avoid fighting Zoro, since Zoro will be emotional.

Look at Luffy vs Fujitora, Luffy couldn't even fight at full power because he likes Fujitora. How can he even fight Shanks, if he can't even fight Fujitora and how Zoro can fight Mihawk, who trained him for 2 years? This is the guy who doesn’t want to cut naked men and doesn't want to cut women. Zoro vs. Mihawk won't happen for Zoro being too emotional.

Totally disagree. Zoro isn’t an emotional guy, he just has principles but uses logical thinking instead of emotional thinking most of the time. That’s why he’s the only SH who is able to keep a cool head during a crisis.

If Mihawk vs Zoro were to happen today, I agree that there won't be as much weight to their fight as is required from such as anticipated battle because of their student-teacher relationship. Stuff like Mihawk teaching Zoro in the middle of the fight will be even more bullshit.

What I think will happen is Mihawk and Shanks are gonna somehow shift to the antagonistic side to make Luffy vs Shanks and Zoro vs Mihawk more engaging and have more stakes. I'm almost sure about this happening with at least Shanks but Mihawk is a good possibility too, considering they both may form an alliance of some sort.

Now they act like they have been right about Wano arc since the beginning lol
They were sure about mihawk fighting yinko shanks, orochi vs zoro coz orochi will be super strong, King vs zoro...
As soon as Oda proves them wrong, they switch and start bashing King/Orochi, saying "mihawk fighting pre yonko or yonko shanks, doesn't matter"

I accept being wrong about zoro not facing kaido
But Oda isn't going to make Mihawk vs Zoro ... either it's a casual clash or it doesn't happen
