After his triomphant breakout at Impel Down where he humiliated Magellan and broke all these prisonners out of prison while rallying them with his godly charisma, before going to Marineford where he opened the Gate of Justice and where Whitebeard chose to treat him as an equal and ally with him against the Navy before he chose to spare WB and cowed Shanks in submission with his scolding. After that the World Government was forced to plead Captain Buggy to accept to become a Warlord.

With all of that how do you think that Captain Buggy will finally decide to go to Laugh Tale and to get his crown of Pirate King ? How will he defeat Luffy and Blackbeard and above all God Usopp to become the greatest ?
