CoO specialist among his family, I guess. In the crew, we have 1 member already having advanced CoO / Future Sight, and that isn't Judge's son.
I never claimed he was the best. You can keep calling him Judge's son to make fun of him but it doesn't change how Sanji fights and the fact that Sanji doesn't rely on brute force to begin with so him not obtaining advanced armament won't change much for him.
The Raid Suit does give him a boost, I admit but it complements abilities he already had. We don't see Yonji doing half the stuff Sanji does. Sanji didn't use the Raid Suit against Oven and he could already fly. He helps Sanji because he was already good at aerial combat before but with the help of the Raid Suit, he's even better. If you want to give Judge all the credit, ok but I have yet to see Reiju, Ichiji or Yonki do half of what Sanji's done, in regards to speed and flight. Sanji literally off-screened Yonji who had a Raid Suit on. Niji's the only one who comes to mind since he's incredibly fast but Sanji's current speed isn't solely due to the suit but if you think it is, ok.

Actually, it matters. Without advanced CoA he would only hurt himself again trying to kick the likes of Kaido, Big Mom, and Jozu. Has happened before with Pacifista (pre TS) and Vergo (PH). Can happen again in the future.
Why would Sanji kick Big Mom? If Sanji ever confronted her, he'd likely only dodge and attempt to block her attacks like he did when he helped Luffy block that Zeus attack. Sanji would never attack Big Mom's body since she's a woman. He's made his stance very clear and even Oda reiterates this throughout the manga and even in SBS volumes.
Why bring up the Pacifista when Sanji snapped it's neck post-timeskip? Clearly he's improved. Sanji didn't hurt his leg on Vergo's body. Vergo kicked Sanji, Sanji blocked and sustained damage (his fractured shin). Sanji didn't injure his leg when he kicked Vergo into the wall twice. Raid Suit offers protection from damage as we see when Sanji was fine after King's attack and Reiju was fine after getting hit by Heavenly Fire.
Why would Sanji try to kick those characters? Those are the most durable dudes in the manga and suddenly Sanji can't continue as a fighter unless he directly busts through their defence? You want Sanji to face opponents in specific ways, he isn't Zoro, he has his own fighting style, way he fights and opponents he faces.
