Before Joyboy was a thing I would have said Blackbeard now I'm leaning towards imu. I would prefer if it's Blackbeard as he's been hyped up since part 1 and would have the most build but unless that darkness fruit ties into the joy boy mythos I just don't think he's going to become the final villain. Blackbeard is luffys personal end boss but imu seems like One Pieces end boss

Hm, i am counting on Teach, since i enjoy him much more than Imu. There is still a lot of mysteries involving Teach and Xebec (who is at least as mysterious as Imu). I hope BB steals Imu's fruit.

Best theory I've seen around was that Luffy and BB would face it off in Raftel and then a final war with the WG will take place after Raftel. With Luffy vs Imu as the final battle.

Or something like that.
