SHs vs Seraphim was entirely useless in th overall narrative. Egghead has been riding on hype.

Oda has done Luffy dirty. Putting aside the unrealistic expectations that some had for him, he shouldn’t be needing food to recover after fighting a top tier for a bit.

It’s simply terrible, we should be well past that stage. It also doesn’t do any favours for the previous arc too.

Usopp used it once to see the watchdogs at the entrance to Onigashima…but I agree with you that Oda’s lack of focus on other Strawhats is terrible.

You are right unfortunately.There were times when Luffy was one of my favorite characters. Now my eyes bleed every time I see him.

Ever since the Sabaody split, it feels like Luffy's personality became even blander than the standard shonen mc mold. At least at the end of Marineford, Oda did some great stuff with Luffy's reaction to Ace's death and it even looked like he would experience a life-changing realization, but that didn't last.

The crew is still being portrayed as useless this week. They're alive because Kizaru and Saturn are also being portrayed as useless.

Story has been absolute garbage ever since clownda started with nika slurping in wano.

People praising kuma flashback and saying egghead is top3 arc, while i was of completely opposite opinion. Kuma as a character is fine but the flashback was mediocre to me specifically because of Nika slurping.

The best parts of egghead came from outside egghead. Blackbeard and hachinosu were the best chapters from egghead
