Personally, I think he is not. Aokiji and some other (Mihawk, Dragon, Akainu, Shanks and now Luffy) are stronger than the likes of BM, Ray prime or even Kizaru, and as of now Ryo.
If he really has a BB, I will put him in the group above.
Why did Greenbull stop fighting with his sword? That doesnt sound like something Mihawk or Ryuma, who built a bond with their blade through countless battles, would do. These guys worship their blades. Heck Zoro who doesnt believe in Gods was praying at Yubashiri's funeral.

Mihawk was teaching Pinzoro basic CoA coating, you illiterate. Not how to turn swords into black blades.
That's why Pinzoro started learning about forging black blades from a fox and not from Mihawk.
If anything this is proves more that Mihawk didn't forge his black blade because Pinzoro didn't know about the process after training wtih Mihawk

Who says he did lol? If Ryokugyu didn’t fight with his sword anymore, he wouldn’t carry it around. Akainu for example stopped fighting with a sword and thus stopped carrying one. The fact that Ryokugyu carries his sword tells us that he still fights with one.
Because Ryokugyu and Ryuma are dedicated swordsmen. Ryokugyu isn’t a pure swordsman, he is similar to Fujitora in that he is a hybrid fighter.
