If I am Luffy and take the position of Luffy the choice is Zoro and Ussop the other one.
With Zoro he loses only his strength,since his level head can be filled by Jinbe.
Brook the musician who gets picked by people is essential to being a pirate according to luffy and he wanted a musician from the beginning.

I doubt man. Idk what could made you kick out important crew members, that include one who is actually doing job and let some crewmembers who don't do a thing or could forgot what they should do in critical moment to stay. Only hater would do that...but even haters rarely will accept that choice. You know I doubt that you will able to run some company as owner, case when you prefer to stuff cut members in your team that actually was doing their job, you will be called as fool.
But then again depends on yours reasons to do that. There should be important reason, that made you to make choice like that. Like...if someone was giving info on your product to rival company, or was trying to take yours company from you. Besides those reasons, there should be no any normal reason to cut stuff who play role of engine in your team.

You have to be a real pos to say it would be a good idea to throw out Sanji just because you are salty he is one of Luffy's wings.
