Then I guess in time everybody will turn in some kind of mad supreme dictator, but in the end madness will come probably even faster since it would be like be in some kind of lucid dream for all eternity.

Yes time will never actually flow, but the time you perceive will, that's what will drive you to madness. Time would technically flow, but being it eternity, time actually doesn't exist by our classical conception of mutual universe. :cheers:
