As someone in both sides of this issue. I have been both an aggressor and a victim, I can say that proper moderation would do a heck of a lot more to provide healthy discourse. However, the issue is that Zorofans make up the majority of this fandom (unfortunately :) ) and so their exploits are often publicised more but it happens with all fandoms.
